Aside from your patients referrals, I think it's also effective to get referrals from your assistants. I'm actually getting more referrals from my assistants compared to my patients. Just make sure that you reward them for every successful referral. I also came across an excellent article regarding Patient Visit Average study from Harvard. I think this is also important  since you'll get consistent income from your existing clients.
